Here is a list of books that have helped me, I’ll be adding more as I finish. I hope you enjoy!

These books started it all for me, I recommend them to everyone I meet! Rachel has a real way of making you feel better about everything being a mom and ditching the guilt over taking care of yourself.

This book was gifted to me, and I read it cover to cover on a plane ride to Denver. Very eye opening and highly recommended for ALL relationships – not just romantic ones. Decode the mystery!

A great daily-reader to get you in the habit of taking time for yourself. A ton of thought provoking questions to ask yourself!

The Gratitude Diaries is an eye-opening and thought provoking tale of a woman, looking to improve her thought process both for herself, and her marriage. A very good read!

Tova Leigh is honest, raw, and beautiful! Taking responsibility, one fuck up at a time. I loved this book!

I actually didn’t pick this one myself – it came to me in a monthly subscription box and sat on my shelf for longer than I want to admit. When I finally dove in, I loved every part!

This was a really good read! Having read Rachel’s first books (Girl Wash Your Face, Girl Stop Apologizing), you got a feel for who Dave was both in the relationship and beyond. Where I am now in my own journey, I recognize the subtleties of his personality type and who he was as a person, it’s definitely worth your time!

Another Hollis favorite! I was super grateful to be reading this after going through my own divorce! “Putting your life together when your world fall apart”

Brene’ Brown has a special way of breaking things down so we can better digest them. An excellent read!

I feel like I’ve been in my Eat Pray Love era for years – but seriously I love this book! You’ll feel refreshed when you read it! I legit laughed – and cried while I was reading it.

Not all of us have the ability, flexibility, (or financial backing) to travel for an entire year. This book will make you truly ponder your own Eat Pray Love action! I didn’t have the means to travel, but I explored the ordinary right around me. Enjoy it!

Hal Elrod really hit the nail on the head! I sped through this and quickly put it into practice – my mornings have already transformed and I am performing better throughout my day!

Being raised by an alcoholic father and a codependent mother, this was like looking at my childhood, and a lot of behaviors that needed to be addressed.
