Don’t hold back

What you repeatedly hear you will believe, so be kind to yourself. Here’s the kicker, we need that positive mindset ALL the time. I need to focus on me, because at the end of the day I’m the one responsible for my own happiness, my own life; and everything will fall right into place at exactly the appropriate time. You only have one shot, make it count.

 

It’s been a while since I wrote about food or much weight related – I’ve been preoccupied with life; but I’m pushing myself back in the game. More posts to follow (I promise).

  

The mud run was quite an experience. Running is my place, my happy place. I had a hard time finding my happy. The first mile and a half was brutal. So much climbing and today was the first day I could step without feeling pain. But…mud is always fun!

 
I’ve been holding back when I shouldn’t be, there’s so much excitement that lies ahead, I can’t wait! I’m exactly where I need to be right now.
